A controlled path from staffing need to working construction professional.
GenieBuild handles recruiting and matching around one of three launch roles: Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Estimator. Your team interviews candidates, selects the best fit and keeps control of project systems, permissions and approvals.

Operating principle
People are the product. AI is the productivity advantage.
You choose the professional
Customers interview the professionals presented by GenieBuild and make the final selection before a placement moves forward.
Your systems stay in control
Professionals work inside customer-approved tools, permissions, standards and review processes rather than forcing a new operating model on the project team.
AI remains assistive
AI can support research, drafting, organization and document review, but the professional remains responsible for verification, judgment and final work product within the customer's approval structure.
The process
Six steps, with the customer in control of selection and project authority.
The exact placement sequence can vary by geography and final commercial agreement, but the operating principle stays simple: define the need, review qualified people, select the fit and onboard them into your existing way of working.
- 01
Define the role and working requirements
Choose Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Estimator, then tell GenieBuild the experience, project type, working hours, software and workload your team needs supported.
- 02
Review a focused group of vetted professionals
GenieBuild recruits and screens against the approved profile, then presents a small group of professionals aligned with the work instead of an unfiltered resume stack.
- 03
Interview and select the best fit
Your team interviews candidates directly and chooses the professional who best matches the project, communication style and technical requirements.
- 04
Complete onboarding and staffing setup
GenieBuild coordinates the applicable staffing, onboarding and administrative steps for the selected professional before work begins.
- 05
Onboard into your workflow and tools
The selected professional enters the customer's approved systems, permissions, communication routines and project processes with a clearly defined scope of responsibility.
- 06
Work with ongoing GenieBuild support
The professional supports the customer remotely while GenieBuild remains involved for communication, performance support and an agreed escalation or replacement path when needed.
Clear accountability
Know who owns what before the professional starts.
The customer controls
- Final candidate selection and role scope.
- Project-system access, permissions and data availability.
- Project priorities, delegated authority and approval requirements.
- Acceptance of work product and any decisions requiring licensed or contractual authority.
GenieBuild coordinates
- Construction-focused recruiting, screening and candidate presentation.
- Role matching around experience, tools, communication and working hours.
- Staffing, onboarding and administrative coordination for selected placements.
- Ongoing communication, performance support and escalation coordination.
AI-assisted, human accountable
AI supports the professional; it does not replace project responsibility.
Approved AI tools can help professionals prepare faster and organize project information more consistently. Customer permissions, source verification, confidentiality requirements and human review still govern the work.
Drafting project correspondence, RFIs, meeting follow-ups and routine reports for review.
Summarizing approved project records and organizing information for human verification.
Comparing documents and surfacing possible inconsistencies for project-team review.
Turning meetings, emails and logs into clearer action lists and follow-up items.
Questions companies ask
Practical answers before you request talent.
The goal is to make the operating model clear before a placement begins. Final employment and commercial terms remain subject to the applicable signed agreements.
How is the staffing relationship structured?
GenieBuild coordinates recruiting, candidate matching, onboarding and ongoing service support. The specific staffing and administrative structure is confirmed as part of the customer engagement so your team can focus on selecting the right professional and integrating that person into the project workflow.
Can we interview candidates before selecting someone?
Yes. Customer interviews are a core part of the GenieBuild model. Your team reviews the professionals presented, interviews the candidates it wants to meet and makes the final selection.
Which roles does GenieBuild provide?
GenieBuild is launching with three full-time remote roles only: Project Coordinator, Project Engineer and Estimator.
How does replacement work?
If a fit or performance issue arises, the customer should raise it with GenieBuild promptly. GenieBuild can coordinate an escalation and, where appropriate under the customer agreement, a replacement search. Specific replacement terms follow the final commercial agreement rather than a blanket public guarantee.
How does AI fit into the service?
AI is an assistive tool. Approved professionals may use it to accelerate research, drafting, organization and document review, but people remain responsible for checking source material, applying judgment and working within the customer's approval and authority structure.
Can professionals work in our Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft environment?
Yes, when the selected professional has the required experience and the customer provides approved access. GenieBuild matches software requirements during the candidate search instead of assuming every professional has the same toolset.
How quickly can GenieBuild present candidates?
Timing depends on the role, experience requirements, working hours and current talent availability. GenieBuild is designed to run a focused search after the role profile is confirmed, but it does not publish a fixed time-to-candidate guarantee at launch.
Are GenieBuild placements full-time?
Yes. GenieBuild is launching with full-time professional placements so customers receive consistent day-to-day project capacity and professionals can integrate deeply into the team workflow.
How are confidentiality and project data handled?
Professionals should receive only the systems, project data and permissions approved for their role. Confidentiality obligations, data-handling requirements and permitted AI/tool usage should be defined in the applicable customer, employment and project procedures before access is granted.
