Privacy Policy

This policy describes how GenieBuild handles information submitted through the GenieBuild marketing website and related customer and candidate forms.
Information we collect
When you request talent, we may collect business contact details, company information, staffing needs, project context, tool preferences and source/attribution information. When a customer uses Start Service checkout, we may also collect billing-contact details, selected employee or placement reference, role, employee quantity, start date, payment-method preference and Stripe customer, checkout, subscription or schedule identifiers. Payment-account and card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not collected by GenieBuild's website. When you apply to the Talent Network, we may collect contact details, location and time zone, construction experience, software experience, work preferences, resume information and optional portfolio links. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate staffing needs, review candidate qualifications, match potential candidates to customer requirements, communicate about the service, protect forms from abuse, maintain operational records and understand whether website conversion paths are working. GenieBuild does not use form submissions to make fully automated employment or customer-selection decisions.
Website analytics
At launch, GenieBuild uses privacy-conscious first-party event tracking to understand page visits and conversion actions such as Request Talent clicks, role requests, form starts and successful submissions. These analytics records may include the page path, a short-lived random browser-session identifier and campaign source when present. They do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, resume contents, project notes or other form contents.
Service providers and sharing
GenieBuild may use service providers for website hosting, database storage, file storage, transactional email, scheduling, analytics, onboarding, payment processing and related operational services. Stripe is used for customer payment-method setup and recurring billing. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions or when required by law. Candidate information is not presented to a customer merely because an application was submitted; matching and customer interview steps occur separately.
Security and retention
GenieBuild uses server-side validation, access-controlled storage, private resume storage, limited-purpose service credentials and anti-abuse controls designed to reduce unauthorized access and form misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, operational obligations, dispute prevention and applicable legal requirements, then deleted or de-identified according to GenieBuild's operating practices.
Your choices
You may ask GenieBuild to review, correct or delete personal information where applicable. You may also choose not to provide optional information. Certain records may need to be retained when required for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons.
International processing
GenieBuild supports remote construction workflows that may involve people or service providers in more than one country. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions different from where it was collected, subject to the safeguards and contractual arrangements used by GenieBuild and its service providers.
