These terms apply to use of the GenieBuild marketing website. Separate customer, staffing, confidentiality or other agreements may govern an actual engagement and will control to the extent they conflict with these website terms.
Website purpose
The website provides information about GenieBuild's construction professional-support service, lets companies request talent and lets candidates express interest in the Talent Network. Website content is informational and may be updated as services, roles, locations and operating relationships evolve.
No guaranteed placement, employment or outcome
Submitting a talent request does not guarantee that a particular professional, start date, price or engagement will be available. Applying to the Talent Network does not create employment, guarantee an interview or promise a customer assignment. Customers retain responsibility for interviewing, selecting and directing professionals within the final engagement structure.
Professional authority and AI-assisted work
GenieBuild describes construction support roles and does not, through this website alone, represent that any person has professional licensure, signatory authority or delegated design responsibility. AI tools may assist research, drafting, document review or coordination, but human responsibility, customer controls and any required licensed-professional review remain applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to defeat security controls, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, scrape protected information or provide information you do not have authority to share. Initial forms should not contain unnecessary confidential, export-controlled or highly sensitive project information.
Staffing checkout and recurring billing
The Start Service checkout allows an authorized customer to confirm the selected employee or placement reference, role, employee count, start date, billing contact and payment method. The launch billing rate is $4,500 per employee per month unless the signed service agreement states otherwise. The employee start date is also the first recurring billing date at launch. If the start date is in the future, Stripe may collect and store the payment method before billing begins; recurring billing is scheduled to begin on that start date. Bank account / ACH is preferred and credit or debit card may also be available. Entering checkout information does not override the signed GenieBuild service agreement, which governs the engagement, billing obligations, termination rights, credits, disputes and any terms that differ from this website summary.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, scheduling, email, database, payment-processing and other services. Stripe processes payment-method information for GenieBuild staffing checkouts. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. GenieBuild is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through the website is described in the Privacy Policy and, for applicants, the Candidate Privacy Notice.
